  1. Good morning from Germany !
James thank you for helping here !

Can you or anybody else confirm this news: http://jessescrossroadscafe.blogspot.de/2012/07/some-interesting-information-on-pfgbest.html?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=twitter&utm_campaign=Feed:+JessesCafeAmericain+(Jesse's+Caf%C3%A9+Am%C3%A9ricain)&m=1

Second : I have no clue about the laws in US – but isn´t there a chance -if it´s true to act against the NFA ?

Can anyone confirm that Canadian seg accounts are not affected and their accounts have been shifted to RJ O´Brien ?

  2. I talked with my PFGBest broker over an hour ago on the status of open trade liquidation. (He’s in California and his phone was still working…he went on to say that Chicago and Iowa were not taking calls, labeling that “cowardly.”) I told him I still had open positions showing in the BD8 platform and asked if I could close them or should I wait for the FCM to do so. He said those were probably not real as the system was not updated yet to reflect the liquidation actions underway. So I’d say BD8 is like a video game without a joystick right now.

  3. As a PFG customer who is still awaiting a return phonecall from the NFA I appreciate the help that CCC is trying to render here. Some of the questions weghing on my mind are as follows:
Does the clearing house (Jefferies) intend to liquidate ALL open trade positions (including long options)?
Is the information showing my open long put position and account balance on the BestDirect 8 trading platform REAL, or just a ‘video game’.
Are there any other firms to which accounts can be transfered that also use the BestDirect platform and are NOT associated with PFG?
Were ALL customer account funds comingled or tapped into, or were certain accounts targeted more than others?
Can any open trade positions still be held by customers until liquidated at their own discretion?
